DSWD Hiring Computer Maintenance Technology | Job Hiring

We wish to inform you of the Contract of Service vacant position under Human Resource Management and Development Division (HRMDD) of DSWD Regional Office 10 with the following minimum qualification standards:

(1) COMPUTER MAINTENANCE TECHNOLOGIST I
SG 11 – ₱ 25,439.00
Area of Assignment: DSWD 10 HRMDD
 
CSC Minimum Qualification Standards
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : None Required
Training : None Required
Eligibility : Republic Act 1080, CSP Second Level Eligibility
Preferred Competency based Qualifications
Education : Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Management Information System,
Information Technology and other related courses.
Experience : At least one (1) year experience of information
technology and Computer Management
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Republic Act 1080, CSP Second Level Eligibility
Job Summary:
Performs the simplest routine professional work pertaining to the maintenance of
computers, networking and configurations of computer, troubleshooting and
perform other related task especially database management, encoding of data,
verification and submission of reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Update DSWD workers/employees Data using Human Resource Information
System
2. Maintain records of office reports and other documents
3. Assist in planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure projects
in HRMDD

4. Manage the Local Area Network, Internet Services, and IPVPN services of
HRMDD to ensure availability and accessibility of network resources and
information systems
5. Responsible in day-to-day operational support on the networks of HRMDD
6. Coordinate with ICTMS and Service Providers to reports issues/outages and
prepare Incident Reports
7. Do related task as needed

 Competency-Based Interview (CBI) 10%
 IPCR or Any Related Performance Assessment/Review 5%
TOTAL 100%

Cut-off Scores:
1. Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the
ETE
2. The top five highest ratings but overall rating should not be less than 75%
